The MBPA schedules 5 meetings a year. Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, end of December and the end of February. Not all of them happen as there might not be anything pressing enough to gather the board to meet, especially in winter. We do have a conference call link set up and do email voting on things that might need immediate attention. The meetings are held in Marla Bay at one of the board members homes and the membership is welcome to attend.
